Description:
This course will cover the basics of practicing in the field of Article 51 of the Insurance Law and litigating first-party-benefit cases from the filing of notice and claims for benefits to litigating overdue claims. The first part of this course will provide context to litigating “no fault” cases by discussing the applicable statutes and relevant caselaw. The second part of this course will discuss how to conduct a “no fault” trial.
