Description:
This Real Property course will introduce attorneys to the fundamental building blocks of zoning and delve into the details of zoning calculations, CEQR requirements, development rights transfers. The speakers will also discuss the various city agencies associated with land use, including the Departments of City Planning and Buildings, the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals,and the NYC Landmarks Commission.
