Description:
Once appointed guardian, you must solve a host of problems–hoarding, foreclosure, family fighting, missing money, Medicaid, nursing home placement, repairs, etc., and the Order & Judgment will not cover everything. Knowing your next move (be it by NOM, OSC, or ex parte order) is complicated. When it comes to guardianship, there is often no “form.”  This skills CLE will discuss interim motions for relief made by guardians and their counsel, as well as provide examples of language, format, and strategies to use in your motions.
