This seminar will teach strategies and tactics to use in the pre-trial stages of a construction site accident case brought under the New York State Labor Law in order to bring the injured worker’s claim to a quick resolution. Far too often these cases fall victim to excessive delay brought about by an over worked court system and defense counsel delay tactics. Strategies such as efficient use of discovery tools, early summary judgment motions and effective mediation strategies will be among the topics discussed.
