This course will review: the use of Functional MRI in criminal matters to explain and litigate issues involving cognitive ability, lie-detection, and mitigation related to brain functions. The presentation will also cover admissibility, motions to suppress and appellate issues related to cell-site data in criminal prosecutions.  The presenters will describe what cell-site data is, what it shows, and how to interpret the documents that you receive from the wireless carriers when they comply with your subpoena.  Additionally, the seminar will discuss using Google Earth for demonstrative exhibits.
